Food fads don’t interest me. I’m old school in that I look to our not-so-distant ancestors who consumed traditional, nutrient-dense foods that delivered beautiful bone structure, gorgeous skin and vibrant health. When these foods were regularly consumed, heart disease and cancer were medical rarities.
I have always eaten a more traditional diet, favoring good butter, eggs, poultry, meat, and fish, along with cultured foods like yoghurt and sauerkraut.
